
This past fall, I sat down with author Erica Keswin to discuss her books: Bring Your Human to Work, published two years ago, and the just published Rituals Roadmap, available now everywhere books are sold.
Erica’s work seems prescient to me, as we now enter month 12 of seeing all of our co-workers in even more of their human glory.
But I also think company leaders really need to learn what works from her and not think the work of integrating #remotework is over now that everyone has good WIFI and a Slack approach.
I keep saying that I think our companies and teams have gotten logistically settled in, but are nowhere near approaching being culturally settled in. And the result is some company leaders thinking that this is as good as it gets and certain things don’t work well remotely, without giving it the real attention it deserves.
Erica and I discuss all of that in our conversation…and hopefully provide some actionable ideas on how to address it thoroughly.
